known Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and Youth Conditioning Specialist (YCS)
in the Ontario Soccer community. He has provided both injury prevention and conditioning guidance for the
Ontario Soccer Association in the early 1990's in which
he the senior therapist and conditioning
consultant and was part
of three national championship teams and currently does the same with

soccer development.
Mike is recognized for his basic, simple and effective cutting edge strength and conditioning programs for young aspiring male and female athletes.
He has written many articles for Inside Soccer Magazine over the past couple of years.
