Q: Who is Mike Grafstein?

Mike Grafstein is a well known Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and Youth Conditioning Specialist (YCS) in the Ontario Soccer community. He has  provided both injury prevention and conditioning guidance for the Ontario Soccer Association in the early 1990's  in which he the senior therapist and conditioning consultant and was part of three national championship teams and currently does the same with Bryst International.com recognized leaders in youth soccer development.

Mike is recognized for his basic, simple and effective cutting edge strength and conditioning programs for young aspiring male and female athletes.

 

He has written many articles for Inside Soccer Magazine over the past couple of years.

 

Mike continues to keep current with the latest research on youth strength and development and applies the information specifically for soccer players.
